1. A WELCOME MEETING to be held in person or virtually between the Client and Principal Coordinator (PC) to discuss current wedding details. This meeting will be to determine where the Client is in their planning process and set expectations for their planning journey together. The Client and PC will discuss venue, vendors, budget, and aesthetic, as well as, answer any questions the Client may have. Following this meeting, the PC will share access to a Google Drive with custom planning checklists and all necessary planning documents.
2. A MASTER TIMELINE MEETING will be held (in person or virtually) to create a timeline of the wedding day, including pre and post wedding details. The Master Timeline will include all logistics for the rehearsal and wedding days. Following this meeting, The Client will have access to view and edit the Master Timeline as needed. Once the Master Timeline is finalized, the PC will distribute it to the team of vendors working on the wedding day.

The WEDDING REHEARSAL: The Coordinator will manage and oversee a practice run of the wedding ceremony – including the processional, the ceremony (including readings, unity ceremonies, songs, etc.) and the recessional. The Coordinator will also be available to answer any questions and to share any additional information.
2. The WEDDING DAY: The Coordinator will set up decor, check-in vendors, oversee setup details, discuss the Master Timeline as required, etc. The Coordinator and a team of assistants will expertly manage and execute day-of events. Once the wedding concludes, the PC will remain to pack up any remaining items the Client would like to keep, check-out each vendor, and do a final walk through of the venue with the onsite coordinator.

This includes, but is not limited to, scouting venue locations for rehearsal dinner, welcome party, post-nuptial brunch, ceremony and reception, assisting with mock-up meetings with vendors, meal tastings, hotel room blocks, transportation arrangements, budget, welcome bag stuffing, invitation assembly, signage, website creation, rsvp management, rentals pick up, dress fittings, late night bites, etc.
2. After the creation of the Master Timeline, the PC will reach out to each vendor to confirm logistics and vendor arrival times. The PC will be available to clarify details and answer any questions from vendors, quests, and bridal party. Once the Master Timeline is finalized, the PC will distribute it to the Client and team of vendors.

The PC will update respective checklists with the Client regarding tasks that have been completed and discuss upcoming action items. This may include brainstorming new ideas, reviewing the budget, and providing vendor feedback and referrals, etc.
3. VENUE TOURS will be conducted once the venue has been secured and can be done in person or virtually. The initial venue tour typically will follow the Welcome Meeting. The Client may request additional venue tours at any time during the planning journey. The final venue tour will take place closer to the wedding date after all vendors have been secured and all design elements have been discussed. The Client is welcome to invite any vendor to join this meeting. *If a venue has not been selected at time of signing, the PC will tour up to three potential venues with the Client.

The Client can request for the PC to remain point of contact for all vendors from initial meeting to wedding day.
4. After the venue tour, the Coordinator will work together with the Client to discuss wedding staging and create floor plans for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception for the wedding day.

These meeting are to secure venues, travel, vendors, and plan logistics of additional wedding related events such as engagement party, bachelorette trip/party, bachelor trip/party, welcome party, bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, postnuptial brunch, etc.

PC will plan and coordinate a complete beauty dress rehearsal including, but not limited to, hair and make-up trial, final dress fitting, rented jewelry borrowed, and floral mock-up all to determine the bride’s final look as well as the groom’s final suit/tux fitting and rented accessories borrowed.

Once the wedding concludes, the PC will remain to pack up any remaining items the Client would like to keep, check-out each vendor, and do a final walk through of the venue with the onsite coordinator.
3.BRIDE AND GROOM PERSONAL ASSISTANTS: Both the Bride and groom with be provided with their own assistants on wedding day to attend to their personal needs as well as take behind the scenes iPhone photos/videos as well as disposable camera photos that will be developed and mailed to you after the wedding. A female assistant will be provided to the Bride and a male assistant will be provided to the Groom. The assistant’s role includes the following:
* Make sure bouquets/boutonnieres are watered/sprayed and fresh
* Gear up family members and let them know when their photos are being taken
* Personally inquire with the bride/groom if anything is needed and stay near incase anything is needed throughout the entire day/night
* Carry around a daily schedule for others to view/keep others on track
* Keep the spaces around you clean (pick up alcohol trash, trash in bride’s suite/groom’s room, etc.)
* Prepare animals if they are in the ceremony
* Make sure the bride/groom leaves nothing behind
* Help facilitate first look between bride and groom
* Answer calls from lost relatives, give directions
* Take over personal social medias for the day
* Etc., etc., etc.
-Any rentals offered by The Ashlyn Company will be offered for any wedding related event at 20% off the full price excluding delivery fees.
-Champagne and pastries delivered to both the bride and groom the morning of wedding day
-Complementary luxury beach picnic date night (in Orange or LA County if local) for a relaxing date night in the middle of all the wedding planning

TERMS:
50% of the package total is due upon booking (the wedding date is not considered a secure booking until payment is received and the contract is signed). 2 more payments are required. Let us know what payment schedule works for you! The balance is due 1 month before your wedding date.
