We bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be — taking over the heavy lifting, sourcing your remaining vendors (up to five), and refining your design direction with a professional mood board. Why "day-of coordination" isn't always enough

A common myth is that you can do everything yourself and just hire someone for the day of. In reality, for a high-end wedding with champagne towers, complex floor plans, and dozens of vendors, a one-day service often isn't enough to prevent the overwhelmed feeling during the months before.

We don't even offer a "day-of" service — we start at Month-Of Coordination. Why? Because your day requires at least four weeks of deep-diving into your details to catch red flags before they happen.

1. How much free time do I have? If you're working 50+ hours a week, Full Planning isn't a luxury — it's a necessity for your mental health.
2. Is design or logistics my biggest stressor? If you love the logistics but hate the aesthetics, Partial Planning helps you nail the refined atmosphere you're dreaming of.
3. Do I want to manage people on my wedding day? If the answer is a hard no, having a team like ours (always a Lead plus at least one Associate) is the only way to go.
